The 300-gallon Dome-Top guzzler can provide water for a wide range of animals including deer, upland birds, and small animals. Heavy-duty sidewall ribs allow for installation either in-ground or above-ground. The ramp is a gentle 28 degrees to give upland bird and small animals easy access and escape. The DT-300 is somewhat comparable to the Low-Profile 210 guzzler but the DT-300 has a 300 gallons of storage capacity.
Note, the DT-300 drinking area deck height is 28”. If you are installing the guzzler for above-ground use, the optimum height for deer is 16-20”. As such, you may want to either bury the guzzler about 6”-10” or mound earth around the guzzler to get the deck height to the 16”-20” height range. As an option, take a look at the Low-Pro guzzler which has a deck height of 16”.

Heavy-Duty Ribbed Design
The aggressive sidewall ribs give you the ability to have a simple, free-standing guzzler in a location where excavation in rocky conditions is impractical. The drinking area of the DT-300 will accommodate deer and big horned sheep as well as all smaller animals and upland bird. You may want to consider adding a collection roof area to increase the rain collection. If you plan on occasionally filling the guzzler from a water truck, we have included a 2” fill port.

The DT-300 is engineered with an aggressive sidewall rib pattern for stiffness. The domes on the lid provide strength to handle snow and discourage curious animals from walking on the lid.
